Thirteen years of building products and the teams behind them, from my first engineering job to founding OARE.

2013–15Virtusa, TracxnSoftware Engineer → Senior Software Engineer
I started out at Virtusa, building banking and insurance software for European clients.
At Tracxn I moved closer to the customer, working on data products people used directly.
2015–20HashtalesFounder & CTO
I founded Hashtales and ran it as CTO. We built a fan engagement and user-generated content platform for brands.
Hashtales was named one of the Times HOT 100 tech startups, and in 2020 it had a successful exit.
2020–24ZluriFounding Engineering Lead → Senior EM
I joined Zluri as its founding engineering lead and grew into senior engineering manager. Zluri is an identity security platform built for autonomous enterprises; it started as a SaaS management platform.
I built and led engineering from a $2M seed through a $20M Series B, with 95% team retention. Two patents were granted along the way.
2024–25ClazarSenior Engineering Manager
I set engineering strategy for a cloud marketplace and procurement platform.
I led a pilot procurement platform for a strategic enterprise customer, and integration onboarding went from weeks to minutes.
2025KnowaveFractional CTO
A short consulting engagement on a GenAI audio product.
2026–OAREFounder
Now I'm founding again. OARE turns a plain-language goal into AI agents that do the work, and keeps what they learn.
It's pre-launch, and I'm looking for early design partners.
