What I did: Built and led engineering from the early days, through a $2M seed to a $20M Series B, with 95% team retention.

The work: Engineering strategy for a cloud marketplace and procurement platform.
What I did: Led a pilot procurement platform for a strategic enterprise customer, and set up engineering health metrics so the team could grow sustainably.
Why it mattered: Integration onboarding went from weeks to minutes.

Founder & CTO

The work: A fan engagement and user-generated content platform for brands.
What I did: Founded the company and led product and engineering as CTO.
Recognition: Named one of the Times HOT 100 tech startups.
How it ended: A successful exit in 2020.
